The Oppo Reno 6 Pro comes with an ultra-fast MediaTek MT6893 Dimensity 1200 5G processor. This chip is the world’s first to come out of MediaTek’s new 6nm production process and uses twelve processing cores, five of which are Cortex-A73s, running at 1.95GHz; five are Cortex-A53s running at 2.01GHz, and two are customized low-power cores. The chips also have a dedicated NPU (Neural Processing Unit) to help with AI functions such as object recognition and face detection.
