Audionic products come with a 1-year official warranty, applicable from the date of purchase. The warranty covers:

Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Physical damage due to mishandling or accidents
- Water or liquid damage
- Burned or broken products due to electrical surges
- Accessories such as cables, adapters, remote controls, or batteries
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
How to Claim Audionic Warranty?
If you experience any issues covered under the Audionic warranty, follow these steps to claim your warranty:
- Verify Your Warranty: Check the warranty period using the invoice provided by Shopping Jin.
- Contact Shopping Jin Support: Reach out to our customer service team via phone, email, or WhatsApp to report the issue.
- Submit Proof of Purchase: Provide a valid Shopping Jin invoice for warranty verification.
- Inspection Process: Our team will assess the product to determine the issue. If a warranty claim is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
- Service or Replacement: Depending on product availability and the nature of the issue:
- The product may be repaired.
- If irreparable, a replacement may be provided.
- If the exact model is unavailable, an alternative product of similar value will be offered.
Replacement Policy
- 7-Day Replacement: If your product has a manufacturing defect within 7 days of purchase, you may be eligible for an exchange.
- The replacement request will be approved after inspection by our team.
- If the requested model is unavailable, we will offer an alternate product of similar value.
Out of Warranty Services
If your product is out of warranty and requires servicing, Shopping Jin can assist you in connecting with authorized repair centers. However, repair costs will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- No returns or refunds for change of mind.
- If a product is delivered damaged or incorrect, report it within 24 hours to initiate a resolution.
