Warranty Coverage & Duration
✔ Standard Warranty: All Aux products come with a 1-year official warranty from the purchase date.
✔ Delivery-Based Warranty Activation: If the product is delivered to your address, the warranty period starts from the delivery date.
✔ Product Inspection: Warranty claims are subject to physical inspection to determine eligibility.
✔ Original Packaging Required: The warranty seal must be intact, and the product should not have undergone any unauthorized modifications.
How to Claim Aux Warranty?
Follow these steps to process your warranty claim:
1️⃣ Verify Warranty Validity: Ensure your product is still within the 1-year warranty period.
2️⃣ Prepare Purchase Proof: A valid Shopping Jin invoice is required for verification.
3️⃣ Inspection & Processing: The product will be examined for defects before approval.
4️⃣ Replacement or Repair: If approved, the faulty item will be replaced or repaired under its original functionality.
Replacement & Return Policy
📌 Replacement Policy:
- Only defective items are eligible for replacement.
- No new warranty period is issued for replacements; the original warranty period remains valid.
- If the product is out of stock, an alternative model of equal value may be provided.
📌 Return Policy:
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days after approval.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exclusions from Warranty
The following cases are not covered under the Aux warranty:
