BaByliss Product Warranty Coverage

All non-disposable BaByliss products come with a minimum 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins on the purchase date, and customers must retain their proof of purchase for claims. The warranty does not cover damages due to improper usage, modifications, or general wear and tear.

What’s Covered?

Returns & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We offer a 14-day return window for non-faulty products and a 30-day replacement policy for damaged or faulty items.

Return Conditions for Non-Faulty Products

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Customers must notify us within 30 days of delivery for any faulty, damaged, or incomplete orders
  • A replacement will be arranged once the faulty product is returned and inspected.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
  • Reasonable return shipping costs for faulty products will be reimbursed.
