How to Claim Warranty

If you purchased an Eska product from Shopping Jin and need to claim warranty service, follow these steps:

  2. Basic Investigation – Our team will assess the issue and confirm whether it falls under warranty coverage.
  3. Application Forwarding – If eligible, we will forward your application to Eska’s authorized service center on your behalf to speed up the process.
  4. Resolution – The service center will either repair or replace the product based on Eska’s warranty terms.

Important Notes

  • Warranty claims are applicable only for manufacturing defects and not for physical damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • Eska offers a one-time replacement for defective items within the 24-month warranty period.
