- Issues arising from improper usage, accidents, neglect, or natural disasters.

How to Claim Warranty
If you encounter an issue with your Faster product within the warranty period, follow these steps to initiate a claim:
- Contact Our Support Team: Reach out to Shopping Jin’s customer support with your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- Initial Assessment: Our team will conduct a basic investigation to identify the issue.
- Forwarding to Service Center: If the issue is valid under warranty, we will forward your application to an authorized Faster service center on your behalf to expedite the process.
- Resolution: Based on the service center’s assessment, your product may be repaired or replaced as per Faster’s warranty policies.
Additional Notes
- Warranty coverage is only applicable to products purchased from Shopping Jin.
- Complimentary or promotional products are not covered under the warranty.
