Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • The warranty covers only the motor of all GFC fans.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling, negligence, accidents, or attempted repairs by unauthorized personnel.
  • Motor burnouts due to water seepage (except for waterproof ceiling fans) are not covered under warranty.
  • Physical damages such as broken parts are not included in the warranty.
  • The original purchase receipt and guarantee card (duly signed and stamped by the authorized dealer) must be provided for a successful warranty claim.
