Warranty Coverage

Infinix provides a one-year limited warranty on all Infinix-branded products and accessories from the original date of retail purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used in accordance with Infinix’s published guidelines.

What is Covered?

  • Infinix-branded smartphones and accessories are covered under a one-year warranty.
  • The warranty applies to defects caused by manufacturing faults.
  • Service and repairs will be carried out by authorized Infinix service providers.

What is Not Covered?

The following conditions are not covered under the Infinix warranty:

  1. Non-Infinix Products – Third-party accessories or software sold with Infinix products.
  2. Consumable Parts – Batteries, protective coatings, and similar components that naturally wear out over time unless the failure is due to a defect.
  3. Cosmetic Damage – Scratches, dents, or damage to the device’s exterior that do not affect functionality.
  4. Accidental Damage – Damage caused by drops, liquid spills, fire, earthquakes, or external causes.
  5. Improper Use – Operating the device outside of Infinix’s published guidelines.
  6. Unauthorized Repairs – Any repairs, modifications, or upgrades performed by non-Infinix authorized service providers.
  7. Device Modifications – Altering the device’s functionality without written permission from Infinix.
  8. Normal Wear and Tear – Defects caused by aging and normal usage of the product.
  9. Tampered Serial Numbers – Devices with missing or defaced serial numbers are not eligible for warranty claims.

User Responsibilities Before Claiming Warranty

To ensure a smooth warranty claim process, you must:

  • Backup all data stored on the device before submitting it for warranty service.
  • Remove all personal information and disable security passwords.
  • Avoid opening the device, as unauthorized tampering may void the warranty.

Note: During warranty service, all storage media will be erased and reformatted. Shopping Jin and Infinix are not responsible for data loss during the repair process.
