Ingco Warranty Policy: Coverage, Exclusions & Claim Process | Shopping Jin

At Shopping Jin, we value our customers and ensure that they receive the best after-sales support for Ingco power tools and equipment. Below is the detailed Ingco Warranty Policy, including warranty coverage, exclusions, and the claim process.

Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty Period: 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Product Service Life: 5 years, as per Pakistan’s regulations.
  • Free Repairs: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and allows free repairs during the warranty period.

What is Not Covered?

The Ingco warranty does not apply to the following:

Non-Covered Items

  • Interchangeable Accessories – Discs, knives, drills, chucks, grinder soles, filters, and other detachable components.
  • Wear & Tear Parts – Carbon brushes, drive belts, bearings, oil seals, rubber seals, protective guards, rollers, toothed belts, wheels, and barrels.
  • Power Cords – Damage to insulation or exposed wiring.
  • Tool Housing Replacement – External casing of the power tool is not covered.

Situations That Void the Warranty

Warranty service will not be provided if:

  1. Misuse of the Tool – Using the power tool outside of the recommended guidelines in the user manual.
  2. Overloading Damage – Simultaneous failure of stator and armature windings, detected upon service center diagnostics.
  3. Mechanical Damage – Any physical damage caused by accidents or improper handling.
  4. External Factors – Damage caused by third-party actions, force majeure, natural disasters, extreme weather, aggressive environments, or excessive heat.
  5. Excessive Wear & Tear – Full or partial resource depletion, rust, old lubricant, or internal contamination.
  6. Power Surges – Electrical damage caused by unstable power supply.
  7. Storage & Transport Negligence – Damage due to improper handling, storage, or transportation.
  8. Unauthorized Repairs & Modifications – If the tool has been opened, repaired, modified, or tampered with during the warranty period.
  9. Lack of Maintenance – Failure to properly maintain the tool, including cleaning, lubrication, and upkeep.
  10. Partially or Completely Disassembled Tool – Any tool that has been disassembled without authorization.

Warranty Claim Process

If you experience an issue with your Ingco product within the warranty period, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Shopping Jin Support – Reach out to us with your proof of purchase.
  2. Issue Evaluation – Our team will assess the problem and verify the eligibility for a warranty claim.
  3. Forwarding to Ingco Authorized Service Center – If the claim is valid, we will forward it to the official Ingco service provider on your behalf to speed up the process.
  4. Direct Warranty Claim Option – If you prefer, you can also contact Ingco’s official service center directly for assistance.

Note

  • Preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, etc.) during the warranty period is a paid service.
  • Warranty eligibility is determined only after diagnostics at an authorized Ingco service center.
