Itel Warranty Policy – Shopping Jin

Itel Warranty Coverage
- Warranty Duration: All itel products come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- Covered Issues: The warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring your device functions as intended.
- Replacement Policy:
- Within 7 days of activation – Complete box with accessories will be replaced.
- From 7 days to 100 days of activation – Only the device will be replaced (without accessories and packaging).
Warranty Exclusions
The itel warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or cosmetic damage.
- Accessories like chargers, earphones, batteries, or USB cables.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, power surges, or liquid exposure.
- Products that have been repaired or modified by unauthorized service centers.
- Devices with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers or warranty seals.
- Malfunctions caused by improper installation or failure to follow user guidelines.
How to Claim Your itel Warranty
If you experience any issues covered under warranty, follow these steps to file a claim:
- Visit an Authorized Service Center: Locate your nearest itel authorized service center or Carlcare outlet.
- Provide Required Documents: Bring your original purchase receipt and filled warranty card (stamped and signed by the seller).
- Inspection & Repair: The authorized service provider will inspect your product. If eligible, they will repair or replace it accordingly.
- Data Backup: Before submitting your device for service, back up your data, as storage may be erased during repairs.
