Lenovo offers a standard warranty for its products, covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal consumer use. The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase and applies to the following components:

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The warranty is only valid for Lenovo products purchased from authorized dealers in Pakistan like Shopping Jin and must be supported by an official purchase invoice.
  2. Manufacturing Defects: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not extend to damages caused by mishandling, unauthorized repairs, liquid damage, or physical damage.
  3. Battery Warranty: Lenovo provides a 12-month warranty on non-removable batteries and 6 months on removable batteries.
  4. Service Timeframe: If a product requires repair, Lenovo’s authorized service center aims to resolve the issue within 90 days, subject to part availability.
  5. Exclusions:
    • Any damage caused due to accidents, misuse, or exposure to extreme conditions.
    • Software-related issues or modifications not approved by Lenovo.
    • Third-party accessories or unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

  2. Provide your original purchase receipt and warranty card.
  3. Our support center will assess the issue and either repair or replace the defective component as per Lenovo’s warranty policies.
