OPPO Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies only to OPPO mobile phones and accessories sold in Pakistan. If a performance failure occurs under normal usage within the warranty period, OPPO will provide free maintenance services.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

In-Warranty Support

  1. All replacement parts and accessories are brand new.
  2. Replacement parts enjoy either the remaining original warranty period or 3 months from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
  3. A valid warranty card and purchase invoice are required for warranty claims.
  4. In case of a lost invoice, the purchase date will be determined based on the e-warranty card or manufacturing date.
  5. Accessories such as user manuals, warranty cards, and protective cases are not covered under warranty.
  6. OPPO products purchased overseas are not eligible for warranty services in Pakistan.
  7. OPPO reserves the right to retain all replaced parts.

Out-of-Warranty Cases

This warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, liquid damage, etc.).
  • Improper use or use of non-OPPO accessories.
  • Natural disasters (fire, floods, earthquakes, lightning, etc.).
  • Unauthorized modifications (rooting, software tampering, self-repairs).
  • Normal wear and tear (buttons, casing, screen, etc.).
  • Loss of data during repairs.

Paid repair services are available for out-of-warranty cases.

How to Claim Your Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Support Team via Shopping Jin’s customer service.
  2. Our experts will examine the issue thoroughly.
  3. Based on the assessment, we will forward your application to an authorized OPPO service center.

Before sending your device for repair:

  • Backup and delete all personal data (Shopping Jin is not responsible for data loss).
  • Bring the original purchase invoice and warranty card.
  • Ensure IMEI serial number stickers are intact (tampered stickers void the warranty).
