Realme Warranty Guide – Hassle-Free Claims with Shopping Jin
At Shopping Jin, we ensure that all Realme products sold on our platform come with official Realme warranty coverage. This warranty applies only to Realme smartphones and accessories purchased from Shopping Jin in Pakistan. If you experience any performance failure under normal usage conditions within the warranty period, Realme will provide free maintenance services.

In-Warranty Commitments
- All replacement parts and accessories provided under warranty are brand new.
- Replacement parts will either maintain the original remaining warranty period or come with an additional 3-month warranty, whichever is longer.
In-Warranty Instructions & Conditions
- A valid warranty card and invoice from Shopping Jin are required to avail warranty services. Please keep them safe.
- If you lose the invoice or proof of purchase, the purchase date will be determined based on the e-warranty card or a date three months after the manufacturing date, whichever is more beneficial for the customer.
- Some accessories (e.g., manuals, warranty cards) are not covered under the warranty.
- Realme products purchased outside Pakistan are not eligible for local warranty services.
- If accessories such as cases or screen protectors affect the phone’s functionality, you may request a replacement of the accessory instead of the phone.
- All replaced parts under warranty become the property of Realme.
Out of Warranty Cases
The following conditions are not covered under warranty. However, paid repair services are available:
- The product exceeds the warranty period.
- No valid proof of purchase (invoice or warranty card) is available.
- Damage due to improper usage, including drops, liquid exposure, pressure damage, or unauthorized modifications.
- External damages caused by natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, fires, lightning, or accidents.
- Issues arising due to improper maintenance, extreme temperatures, or use of non-official accessories.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, and minor cosmetic damages.
- Unauthorized disassembly, self-repair, rooting, or modifications.
Important Notes for Repairs
- When submitting a phone for repair, provide a copy of the original purchase invoice and warranty card. The IMEI serial number sticker must remain intact; otherwise, the warranty will be void.
- Please back up and remove all personal data (contacts, messages, photos, etc.) before repair. Shopping Jin and Realme Customer Service Center are not responsible for data loss or privacy breaches.
- If a device has been exposed to moisture, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications, additional issues may arise after repairs. In such cases, a separate agreement may be required before proceeding with the repair.

- Application Review – Our qualified staff will review your request and assess the issue.
- Forwarding to Realme – Based on the evaluation, we will forward the application to the official Realme support team on your behalf to expedite the process.
- Resolution & Service – Once Realme approves the claim, we will update you regarding the repair or replacement procedure.
