If a product covered under this warranty is found defective within the warranty period, Renova will take one of the following actions:

  3. Replace the product with a comparable model (if the original is discontinued or unavailable)

Note: Any repair or replacement does not include reinstallation or removal costs such as labor expenses.

Exclusions from Warranty

The Renova warranty does not cover:

  • Electrical surges, lightning, or natural disasters
  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs

Third-Party Warranty

For products sold by Renova but manufactured by another company, Shopping Jin will assist in connecting you with the original manufacturer’s warranty support.
