What’s Covered?

  • Manufacturing defects in the main unit, including motor and internal components.
  • Malfunctions due to faulty materials or workmanship.
  • Electrical or mechanical issues occurring under normal usage conditions.
  • Repair or replacement of the product, at the discretion of the manufacturer, if found defective under standard use.

What’s Not Covered?

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.
  • Issues due to failure in following product instructions or maintenance guidelines.
  • Damage caused by exposure to water, extreme heat, or humidity.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.
  • Blades and accessories are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

If you encounter any issues with your VGR product within the warranty period, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:
